FAKE HIMALAYAN CHURPI PRODUCT DETECTED

OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION.-

We would like to inform all our customers that we have recently detected a fake Himalayan Churpi product.

There are products on the market that use our registered trademark, “CHURPI”, without the corresponding authorization or license, and whose sole purpose is to confuse our customers and take undue advantage of the reputation of the original products “CHURPI”.

FAKE HIMALAYAN CHURPI PRODUCT

These products are advertised as products made following the traditional Himalayan process, which is not the case, that is, without following the traditional processes, without using Yak and Zebu milk, and therefore lacking the organoleptic properties of the original recipe. These facts constitute acts of trademark infringement, unfair competition and misleading advertising, and we have already taken the appropriate steps to initiate the necessary legal actions to defend the interests of our customers, as well as our own.
